There is no pressure; everyone does each exercise at their own pace and capacity. The instructor is there to teach proper posture, core engagement and good form. All 1 hour classes cost $10 per person.
Gentle Stationary Bicycle Classes: This class will get you started slowly but will make you feel better than you felt in years! It will be 30 minutes on the bicycle followed by some core and upper body strengthening exercise. It’s a good class for your leg joints (ankle, knees and hips), for gaining overall strength and for making your heart stronger.

Spinning Classes for all: Inspired by outdoor cycling, this program will contain 45 minutes of cycling and 10 minutes of stretching.

Strong Core: Core strength is a key element in balance and lower back health. Everyone needs a strong core. This program will focus on core, legs, hips and balance. The instructor will teach you how to engage your core, and use it to stabilize your hips and protect your spine.

Strong Body: This is a full body program that will make your legs, your hips, your core, your back and your arms stronger. You will also learn to stretch and become more flexible.

Strong back: Do you often have back pain and need to go to the massage therapist or the chiropractor? Join our class to do the moves that will make your back stronger and more mobile. You will also learn how to protect it, manage the pain and improve your posture.
Flexible Body: A lot of the muscular pain we experience is caused by tension. It is very common in the hips, lower back, upper back, shoulders, thighs and calves. Learn to gradually stretch all the muscles in your body while having fun with friendly people.
HIIT (Tabata style): High Intensity Interval Training is a perfect way to get your heart pumping! It is loved by people of all ages who are familiar with exercising, can do small jumps and are looking for a challenge. It is a time-based training that is adjustable from 1 minute to 4 minutes per exercise to help build up endurance.
