Strong Core: Everyone needs a strong core to stabilize the hips, spine and shoulders. This program focuses on core, legs, hips and balance. The instructor will teach you how to engage the pelvic floor muscles and synchronize the contractions with the breathing.

Kettle Bell with Alec Dewdney!: This is a functional strength training program that will make your legs, your hips, your core, your back and your arms stronger. Excellent for experienced people that need a new challenge.
